In the Army
In Japan, the army cannot call itself "army". Instead the official name is Self Defence Forces. A result of the pacifist constitution written after World War II, the military in Japan is a strange animal. The head of the SDF cannot go to work in uniform. He goes to work in a Business Suit and changes inside barracks.
